Pear and goats cheese dippers

 2 pears, cored and cut into wedges
  cup soft goat's cheese
 ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chop
 ¼ cup craisins
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 micro herbs

Toss pear slices in the lemon juice

Gently spread cheese onto the pear wedge. Sprinkle with pistachios and craisins

Arrange on a platter and decorate with micro herbs
