 2 pears, placed in the freezer overnight (12 hours)
 Tub of your favourite vanilla (or any other flavour) ice cream
 Top with your choice of treacle, agave, golden syrup, etc.

Scoop as much ice cream as you want into a bowl

Using a Microplane, grate over the top as much as you link of the iced pear.
TIP: Simon Toohey normally adds 1/3 of a pear to ice cream.

Then pour over a little syrup of your choosing. ENJOY IT!
