This recipe is quick and easy to make and is wonderful for breakfast or a snack on the go. Use your favourite nut butter like almond or cashew or an old favourite peanut butter with a drizzle of sweet honey over the top.
1pear. We used a Packham Pear for this recipe.
2tbspalmond nut butter
2slices of sourdough bread, toasted
1 ½tspsunflower seeds
12honey (depending on your liking)
Spread the nut butter over the toasted sourdough slices.
Thinly slice the fresh pear and arrange over the top.
Sprinkle over with sunflower seeds and a good drizzle of honey.
